Your reservation, by text
When you select the optional text-message checkbox during booking, Ditch may text that number about your reservation request, confirmation, changes, or cancellation. A waitlist guest may give the host permission to send a table-ready text. Providing your phone number alone does not opt you in.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of making a reservation or purchasing anything. This program does not include marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your reservation and service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to stop messages, or HELP for help. You can also contact info@eatatditch.com. If your number changes, please tell us.
Delivery
Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and our messaging provider. Messages may be delayed or fail. Your saved reservation page remains the source for your booking status. For urgent changes, call your Ditch location. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use your number and consent record to operate this service. SMS consent and mobile information are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. Our service providers process information needed to deliver and store messages. See our privacy policy.
