Inquiries & reservations
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact information and details you provide so Ditch can respond and help plan your visit or event. Forms are stored securely with our website hosting provider and are available to authorized Ditch administrators.
For reservations, we store your name, email, phone number, visit details and requests to manage your booking. Authorized Ditch staff can view and update these records. Your private reservation link allows anyone who has it to view, change or cancel the booking; keep it private. When reservation email delivery is connected, booking notices are sent through our transactional email provider. Booking does not enroll you in marketing messages.
Surf Club email
When you join the Surf Club, we record your choice to receive Ditch emails. Your phone number is optional and this form does not enroll you in text messages. To stop receiving marketing emails or ask to access, correct, or delete your information, email info@eatatditch.com.
Reservation texts
Guests can opt in to texts about their reservation or ask the host for a table-ready message. We retain the phone number, consent date, reservation details, and delivery status. We use Resend for transactional email and Twilio for text delivery when configured.
Ditch does not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent for third-party marketing. Our service providers process information needed to deliver messages and operate this reservation platform.

Records & requests
Ditch retains information as needed to handle the relevant inquiry, reservation, or messaging program, maintain business records, document consent, respect opt-outs, and meet applicable requirements. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers supporting these purposes.
To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, email info@eatatditch.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be kept for legal or operational reasons.
Website & other services
This website does not use advertising trackers. Technical request information may be processed by the hosting provider to operate and protect the website.
Ordering, gift cards, social pages, and our careers site open separate services. Information you submit there is handled through those services and their own privacy practices.
